Criteria formatting is inconsistent across generic ORM Controller methods

Description

The genericList method on the GenericORMController defines : and = operators to use static or event values in criteria. This is the only method that implements this.

This should be factored out and used in all methods that accept criteria.

This is something that's best addressed in your DAL, so it's being considered as a feature. I need to wait for more demand before inclusion.

Issue still exists in Model-Glue 3, but is clearly an enhancement and not a defect.

The 2.0 series is in maintenance mode (no new features), so I've assigned it to the 3.2 milestone.
